If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchased goods to energysistemstore.com. energysistemstore.com will only accept the return of the goods purchased in our Online Store. The maximum term to ask for a refund is 15 natural days since the reception of the order.

The refund is only possible under the following circumstances:

The product that you ordered does not satisfy you:
You can return the goods by courier to energysistemstore.com. We will refund you the money not the shipment expenses.

In case that you receive the product as a gift:
You can change the product if it is sealed and in perfect conditions. There is no refund in this case, but you can exchange the product for another item of the same value or higher. The shipment cost and the price difference will be charged to the buyer.

This step is a must, no matter the reason for the request of return. You can do it by sending an email to this address: info@energysistem.com or by calling to following number: +34 966 831 058. We will indicate how to proceed for a product return.

The product must be in original packaging:
The product must be properly packed for return.
The product´s packing must be in perfect state and keep all the original accessories and user manuals in order to be returned. No product returns will be admitted in case that there is no previous notice to energysistemstore.com.

The money refund will take place through the same payment method as the purchase, except in the case of cash on delivery payment method. In that case the refund by will be made by bank transfer or nominative check.

IMPORTANT:
energysistemstore.com will not refund the amount or perform any goods shipment until we have checked the reception and state of the packing and accessories of the returned product in our facilities.
The amount of the refund is the same as on the original order, excepting the shipment cost and cash on delivery cost, that is only refunded if energysistemstore.com is responsible for the product return.
